There are plenty of foods and snacks that consumers believe are healthy choices, but they're actually not, nutritionists say.
Nutritionists say you should take a closer look at some foods and snacks, including granola and some yogurt.
Some yogurt have such a high content of sugar that it could be practically considered dessert.
And, if you think eating any salad is healthy, that's not the case.
If you are putting lots of croutons, cheese, bacon and dressing on your salad, it becomes less healthy and can be just as high in calories as a burger.
