We begin with Exxpress Mart #4 on Highway 105. Inspector Conlin found hot dogs and sausage at improper temperatures, The handwash facility was not accessible and needed soap. Equipment needed to be cleaned and sanitized. A follow up inspection will be required. Exxpress Mart #4 gets a 69.

BAYTOWN SEAFOOD 4830 TWIN CITY GRADE=78

Next is Baytown Seafood on Twin City Highway. Inspector Conlin said fish was not being thawed properly, the ventahood needed to be cleaned, and the back door needs weather stripping. Baytown Seafood on Twin City Highway gets a 78.

J MARTIN SEAFOOD 3324 NEDERLAND AVENUE/GRADE=82

Now to J. Martin Seafood on Nederland Avenue. Inspector Conlin said there was mold in the ice machine and thermometers were needed to ensure safe food temperatures and the hand wash sink did not have a proper supply of hot water. J. Martin Seafood on Nederland Avenue gets an 82

HEB PANTRY FOODS 5000 32ND ST. GRADE=85

and finally we check out HEB Pantry foods on 32nd street in Groves. Inspector Conlin found pork loin and chicken not being kept cold enough. Oysters needed to be on ice, there wasn't enough hot water for proper hand washing, towels were needed for the hand wash sink in the meat department and thermometers were needed to ensure safe food temperatures. HEB Pantry Foods on 32nd Street in Groves gets an 85.
