Court order requires German Pellets to make improvements, safeguard the public
PORT ARTHUR —
KFDM/Fox was in Judge Donald Floyd's courtroom Friday morning when he signed an agreed order and issued a Temporary Injunction that requires German Pellets to make improvements and safeguard the public.
One of its silos smoldered for more than a month and collapsed at the Port of Port Arthur. Some people in Port Arthur have complained about breathing and health problems.
