Man called largest synthetic pot dealer in Hardin County arrested
HARDIN COUNTY —
KFDM/Fox 4 has learned a man Hardin County Sheriff Mark Davis calls the biggest synthetic marijuana dealer in the county is facing drug charges.
Merico Stotts was arrested last week with more than two pounds of synthetic pot. He has since bonded out of jail.
He's one of nine people arrested in the past three weeks on drug charges in the County.
Stotts was arrested in a drug free zone and within 1,000 feet of Waldo Matthews Park in Silsbee.
Deputies, along with DPS and Silsbee PD, seized five weapons, one of which was stolen, and nearly $2,000 in cash, along with Xanax.
Sheriff Davis says Stotts is the biggest dealer of synthetic weed in Hardin County.
