Pinewood residents wait for answers following Tropical Storm Harvey
Homeowners in Pinewood have questions regarding recovering from Tropical Storm Harvey, and many are still waiting for answers.
All 480 homes in a subdivision off Highway 105 took on floodwaters -- anywhere from 3-feet to 12-feet of water.
Nancy Bishop was one of those residents. She has flood insurance but still hasn't settled with her insurance company.
In fact, she says, she doesn't know if she can rebuild.
It's not the first time that Pinewood has flooded.
There was severe flooding in 1994, again in 2001 and now Harvey.
However, this time the storm affected the entire subdivision.
KFDM/Fox 4's James Ware has the report.
