BPD releases name, mugshot of man shot by customer during robbery outside restaurant
BREAKING NEWS: BPD releases name, mugshot of man who was shot by a customer, a concealed handgun license holder, outside a restaurant where police say they believe the man may have been attempting a robbery.
Adrian Glenn, 26, is charged with Aggravated Robbery.

From BPD: On Thursday night around 10:32 p.m. Beaumont Police Officers responded to the Taqueria El Paraiso located at 1880 College in reference to robbery. While en route, officers learned that the suspect had been shot by an armed citizen in the parking lot. When officers arrived, they found the suspect lying in the parking lot suffering from gun shot wounds. He was taken into custody and transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital.
During the investigation, it was learned that the victim was confronted by two suspects trying to rob him, one wearing a bandana covering his face and armed with a handgun while the other suspect was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt. The victim, who is a concealed handgun license carrier was able to retrieve his weapon and fire several rounds at the suspect. The other suspect took off running from the scene. The investigation continues and is still on-going.
The suspect with the gunshot wounds was identified as Adrian Glenn, age 26 from Beaumont. Detectives were able to obtain an Aggravated Robbery Warrant for his arrest. Detectives are working on identifying the other suspect.
