Texas police: 2 found in burned home were murdered
SPICEWOOD, Texas (AP) -- Sheriff deputies say two people found in a burned suburban Austin home were murdered.
The Burnet County Sheriff's Office says 30-year-old Gregory Mark Currie and 34-year-old Juston Aaron Curbow have been charged with killing the two people found in the Spicewood home. Thirty-three-year-old Melissa Marie Frink has been charged with tampering with evidence.
The Austin American-Statesman reports (http://bit.ly/10zI3sT) the sheriff's office identified the victims on Friday as 30-year-old Thomas Edward Wells and 42-year-old Dorrina Ruth Reese.
Officials have not said how Wells and Reese were murdered, but said the State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating whether the fire was intentionally set.
The two bodies were found in the home after a call was made about a fire shortly before midnight Wednesday. Spicewood is about 55 miles northwest of Austin.
