Driver spots missing man

BEAUMONT - A driver on I-10 spotted a man who had been missing since early Saturday afternoon.  Officers described the 46-year-old stroke victim as endangered.

David Lee Julian was last seen at about 2:00 p.m. Saturday as he rode a bike from a house in the 2200 block ofMcFaddin Avenue. 

David is about 5’9” and weighs about 180 pounds with a medium build.  He has slight salt and pepper close-cut hair and a mustache and goatee.  He was last seen on a dark blue bike that has a smaller front wheel and a larger rear wheel.  He was wearing a red t-shirt, blue jean shorts, and no shoes.  

David is a recent stroke victim with very limited short-term memory.  He is also on several medications for his condition.  

The driver called Police after he saw Julian pushing his bicycle.  Julian is now safe at home.
