A 32-year-old Nederland, Texas man has been sentenced to federal prison for bank robbery in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney John M. Bales.
David Randall Terrell, II, pleaded guilty on Apr. 4, 2013, to two counts of bank robbery and was sentenced to 77 months in federal prison today by U.S. District Judge Ron Clark. Terrell was also ordered to restitution.
According to information presented in court, on Jan. 14, 2013, Terrell robbed the Mid-South Bank on North Main Street in Vidor.
