Jefferson County grand jury indicts two men on charges of capital murder

KFDM News - The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted two men on charges of capital murder.

The grand jury indicted 23-year old Terry Euglon and 28-year old Terry Frazier for a beating death.

We have video that we shot July 2, after Beaumont police arrested the two suspects.  Euglon is in front and Frazier is behind him in the video.

A judge has set their bonds at $1 million each. If convicted, they could face the death penalty.

Their arrests came one year after the murder of 20-year old Aaron Leffage of Lumberton.

He was beaten July 3, of last year at a home in Beaumont. Police say two men drove him to Christus Hospital Saint Elizabeth.  He died two days later.

Police say he was killed during the course of a robbery, and that's why it's a capital murder case.
