Ultralight crash kills pilot in Galveston County
UPDATE: The individual killed in after an ultralight plane crash Tuesday was identified as 67-year-old Santa Fe resident Roger Brown, according to the Galveston County Sheriff's Office.
The GCSO and the Santa Fe police received a call around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday that the plane had crashed in the 7500 block of Avenue C in the unincorporated area of Santa Fe.
Authorities found one person deceased at the scene and the cause of the crash is currently unknown, according to the GCSO.

One person was killed Tuesday after an ultralight plane crashed just south of Santa Fe in Galveston County, according to Texas Department of Public Safety officials.
It happened along the 7500 block of Avenue C.
