Tropical moisture moves in

SOUTHEAST TEXAS - Tropical moisture is moving in to Southeast Texas Wednesday as an approaching cool front mixes with tropical moisture.

There's about a 60 percent chance for rain Wednesday and a 100% chance  Thursday.

The heaviest rains are expected from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday.

Trick-or-treat plans depend on how quickly the rain moves out Thursday night.

The skies should clear Friday, with daytime temperatures in the mid-70s for the weekend. Beginning Friday into Saturday, overnight lows will be in the low-50s.
