City of Kirbyville rescinds boil water notice
City of Kirbyville
On October 29th, 2013 the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the City of Kirbyville, PWS #1210002 to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform our customers that due to a water line break off of South Elizabeth and loss of pressure in system, water from our system must be boiled prior to consumption.
Our system has taken necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling.
