Beaumont Animal Services places 45th in Rachel Rey Challenge

BEAUMONT - From Beaumont Animal Services

Beaumont Animal Services just wrapped up its second year, competing in the ASPCA Rachael Ray $100K Shelter Challenge. Animal Services was one of 50 shelters from all across the country competing for grant money and to save lives.  All together, 56,379 lives were saved during the challenge by the competing shelters.

Animal Services finished 45th and saved a total of 214 lives during the (3) month competition, with the official tally being 118 adult animals. Animal Services is happy with every life saved and would like to thank all of their supporters and adopters for helping us be in the top 50 shelters in the nation.

Animal Services invites the public to stop by and visit the shelter, Monday thru Friday until 5pm and maybe you will find your new best friend.
