Update: Name released in fatal auto-pedestrian accident

At approximately 6:30am, there was a crash on Highway 62 near FM 105 in Orange County that involved two vehicles and a pedestrian.
A 2000 Ford truck was traveling northbound in the inside lane of Highway 62. A pedestrian entered the highway from the East and was struck by the Ford truck. The pedestrian was knocked into the southbound lane of Highway 62 and was then struck by a 2012 Toyota passenger vehicle. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The pedestrian was 36 year old Jefferson Glenn Kimbro of Bridge City. The driver of the Ford, 43 year old Bryan Hardy of Orange, and the driver of the Toyota, 53 year old Glenda Champion of Buna, were not injured in the crash.
