JEFFERSON COUNTY - Law enforcement officers have arrested a 21-year-old Port Arthur man wanted for several violent crimes.
Officers arrested David Dewayne Disomba on warrants for aggravated robbery, aggravated kidnapping and evading arrest with a motor vehicle.
His total bond is $450,000-$150,000 on each charge. Disomba is in the Jefferson County Jail.
"Look at the crimes," Officer Marcelo Molfino with the Port Arthur Police Department previously told KFDM News. "You have to use a weapon for those offenses, so we do consider him armed and dangerous, and in speaking to individuals who do know him, he doesn't care."
Officers nearly arrested Disomba in September. Officer Molfino says officers tried to stop a car for a traffic violation. The driver sped away and the officers later learned it was Disomba.
"He jumped out of a moving vehicle and then fled and stole another vehicle and led the police on another chase," said Officer Molfino.
