Support for texting and driving ban
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) -- Two Texas lawmakers have brought the victims of texting-while-driving accidents to the Capitol to build support for a ban on the practice.

Family members recounted yesterday how their loved ones died in accidents because someone was distracted by text messages.

Representative Tom Craddick passed a ban in 2011, but Governor Rick Perry vetoed the message.
