A dry weather pattern will continue for the next few days with below normal temperatures. In fact, scattered frost can be expected Sunday morning over the Lakes Area. A warming trend will begin early next week with a good coverage of showers and thunderstorms by the middle and later part of next week.
Gas prices see another decline
Another decline in gas prices brings drivers more savings at the pumps.
According to AAA Texas, the statewide average for a gallon of regular gas is now 3.11, five cents less than last week.
Nationally, drivers are now paying an average of $3.35 a gallon, a drop of three cents.
And locally, the price is averaging about 3.10 a gallon, a decline of four cents from last week.
Analysts say Texans are paying about $43.50 to fill up the typical 14-gallon size fuel tank.
