Search for missing Jasper man continues Sunday

SABINE COUNTY - Authorities are expected to continue their search Sunday for a missing Jasper man, according to the man's family.
Family and friends joined law enforcement officers Saturday to search for Alfred Wright.

He went missing on Thursday in a remote are in Sabine County.

The 28-year-old lives in Jasper and is married and has children.

A family friend says authorities have found the clothes he was wearing when he went missing as well as his driver's license, a credit card, his watch and keys.

Wright was last seen at CL&M store in Hemphill when his truck broke down and he left walking.

He is a Home Health Physical Therapist and was reportedly on his way to see a patient when his truck broke down.

Authorities have been searching for him off Highway 87 on Coussons Road which is in Sabine County.

On Saturday the Sabine County Sheriff's Department was joined by the Hemphill Fire Department, Jasper County Emergency Corps, Texas Equusearch, and other volunteers who scoured the area where Wright's clothing was found.
