6 on Health: How Daylight Saving Time might affect your body clock
This weekend marks the 100th anniversary of setting our clocks forward as we head into the spring season.
Don't forget to set your clocks one hour ahead before you go to bed on Saturday night. Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 11.
That means you'll lose one hour of sleep.
