Beaumont Animal Care on track to becoming a no kill shelter

Adoptions at Beaumont Animal Care have increased this more this summer than last year.

The shelter says as a result there has been less euthanizations and more pets placed in forever homes.

The shelter is at twenty percent euthanization rate and needs to be at ten percent to be considered as, no kill.

They are work with pets alive and different animal rescue groups, to showcase the animals and help prevent euthanization rates from increasing.
