Dozens of Woodville residents opposed to construction of meat packing plant

Investors who want to open a meat packing facility in Tyler County say they're willing to listen to input from residents who have concerns about the proposed facility.

County Judge Jacques Blanchette has proposed an advisory board to improve transparency because some residents say they feel they were duped.

East Texas Packing wants to construct the plant about three miles north of Woodville.
