ORANGE -- Ten months after Tropical Storm Harvey a family in Orange continues living in a FEMA trailer.
FEMA granted the family the trailer and nearly $11,000.
Elizabeth Ansley says she hired a contractor to work on her parents' home as FEMA requested, and received an estimate of $37,000.
The funds weren't enough to cover repairs, forcing her to appeal 23 times, and each time she was denied.
The family received a final letter from FEMA stating the appeal will not be reviewed again.
Ansley has turned to Facebook for volunteer assistance.
