Hundreds line up for supplies at Islamic Center in Beaumont

Volunteers distribute clothes, school supplies, and beds for hundreds affected by Tropical Storm Harvey. 

Hundreds of people now have new beds, clothes, and school supplies for their children..

Two 18-wheeler trucks from Chicago delivered supplies to the Islamic Center in Beaumont for families affected by Harvey.

The Pious Project in Chicago collected more than $20,000 and even more in donated items.

Muslim volunteers from across Texas helped distribute diapers, backpacks, water and more.

Some waited for five hours to stock up.
