Macy Meyer

Every morning you can find me up even before the crack of dawn starting my morning with Southeast Texans on The Morning Show. I joined the KFDM/FOX4 team in April of 2022 after spending three years in Lincoln, Nebraska. My journalistic career started in the Cornhusker State where I was first a multi-media journalist but then moved to my station's weekend anchor position. While there, I was able to cover a host of stories including elections, a pandemic, protests and inspiring stories of hope.

Although I set off to Nebraska to experience all four seasons, including snow, Texas was calling me home. I grew up in Humble, Texas before moving to Nacogdoches to attend Stephen F. Austin State University. Axe 'Em!

When I'm not sharing my mornings with viewers, you can usually find me spending time with my family, friends or laying by the pool. I'm also a huge sports fan and love supporting all of our Houston teams, especially the Astros!

While I'm from Texas, I'm still getting to know Southeast Texas, so if you see me around town, be sure to share any recommendations for food, fun and adventure!
